For over 35 years, Vince has worked closely with plan sponsors, service providers, advisors, money managers, trust companies, and broker-dealers to help positively change the retirement planning industry.

His roots date back to working for his father's actuarial firm in college, followed by retirement plan sales and management positions at UNUM and Principal Financial Group, where he gained comprehensive experience in financial underwriting, management, strategic product development, 401(k) plan design, and operational excellence.

Vince launched 401(k) Advisors in 2000, establishing a firm dedicated to helping organizations manage their retirement plans. In 2014, 401(k) Advisors was acquired and rebranded as NFP, where Vince served in an executive leadership role as co-president of NFP Retirement until April 2023.

In 2004, Vince co-founded Retirement Plan Advisory Group (RPAG), a practice management platform for retirement advisors that supports thousands of plans and assets. Through RPAG, he has contributed to developing systems like PlanFees fee benchmarking, RFP Express, and the Fiduciary Fitness Program, aimed at supporting plan sponsors and participants.

In 2014, Vince co-founded flexPATH Strategies, which provides target date funds and collective investment trusts (CITs). In 2017, flexPATH expanded to include single-manager active CITs, now offering various solutions across various asset classes. The organization continues to grow, managing significant assets.

With expertise in organizational development, operations, and strategy, Vince works alongside a dedicated team of senior leaders. Outside work, he enjoys an active lifestyle with hobbies such as skiing, spinning, hiking, weightlifting, and golf. Vince also values time with his wife, Susie, their two sons, three grandchildren, and close friends. He resides in Dana Point, CA, where he enjoys traveling, staying active, and taking long walks with Susie.

Nick's roots date back to working for The Principal Financial Group immediately after graduating from Truman State University, where he was a four-year football letterman at defensive end. During his nearly 10-year career at Principal, Nick gained expertise in plan design as a pension underwriter and transitioned into a successful role in sales.

In 2004, Nick joined Vince Giovinazzo and 401(k) Advisors as an equity partner and took on the role of President. Under his leadership, 401(k) Advisors grew and was eventually acquired and rebranded as NFP Retirement. Nick played a key role in expanding NFP Retirement, which managed assets as of 2023. He served as co-president of NFP Retirement through April 2023.

Nick has the ability to build strong sales and leadership teams and foster collaborative, high-performing environments. Outside work, Nick enjoys spending his free time with his wife Jennifer, his three children, and his close group of friends. He enjoys the outdoors from skiing in Utah, biking, and playing golf. When he isn't on the court playing pickleball, he loves to root for his daughter's volleyball team at Boston College. Nick resides in San Clemente, CA with his family.

Jeffrey Elvander has over 25 years of investment experience. Prior to flexPATH Strategies, Jeff worked with Barclays Global Investors and Trust Company of the West, where he was an assistant vice president in the Portfolio Analytics group, responsible for running the firm's Comprehensive Asset Allocation product. Jeff helped create and launch flexPATH Strategies in 2015. As Chief Investment Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the Investment Team. Jeff is also a part of the team at Retirement Plan Advisory Group (RPAG) and is the creator of the Scorecard System, a proprietary tool offered through RPAG. The system is designed to evaluate active, passive, and asset allocation investment strategies, providing valuable insights for plan advisors and sponsors.

Jeff is a CFA Charterholder graduating both from University of California, Santa Barbara, emphasis in Business Economics and from Pepperdine University with his MBA. When he isn't trying to imitate Eddie Van Halen's guitar skills, he enjoys riding his mountain bike through the hills. Jeff resides in Newport Beach, CA, with his wife and kids.

Kyle Olson serves as Deputy Chief Investment Officer, bringing over 15 years of investment experience and a deep commitment to delivering innovative, research-driven solutions for institutional clients. In his current role, Kyle helps lead the firm’s investment strategy, manager due diligence, and portfolio construction efforts, with a focus on aligning investment outcomes with client objectives.

Kyle originally joined NFP in a senior advisory capacity, where he played a pivotal role in the development and launch of flexPATH Strategies in 2015. He was instrumental in building reputable investment lineups and conducting rigorous market and fund research. After a successful tenure at NFP, where he further honed his expertise in investment consulting and strategic planning, Kyle officially joined flexPATH Strategies in 2025 to help shape its long-term investment vision and drive innovation across its platform. Kyle was appointed to the flexPATH Investment Committee, where he now contributes to the firm’s comprehensive due diligence process, evaluating both quantitative metrics and qualitative insights to guide manager recommendations. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and maintains both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations.

Kellen Foley has over a decade of investment experience and helped create and launch flexPATH Strategies in 2015. As Senior Vice President, he is responsible for new business and product development.

Kellen is a CFA Charterholder, and graduated cum laude from Boston College with a major in Economics and minor in Environmental Sciences. He competed as a sprinter on the NCAA Division I Track & Field team. When Kellen isn't at the beach surfing, he enjoys the art of cocktail mixology and playing with his dog, Gus. Kellen resides in Laguna Niguel, CA with his wife Erin and son Lyle.

Matt is a third generation Giovinazzo to embark on a career in the investment and retirement plan industry. He has over a decade of investment experience and helped create and launch flexPATH Strategies in 2015. As Senior Vice President, he is responsible for new business and product development.

Matt is a CFA charterholder. He graduated cum laude from UCLA winning two PAC-12 championships playing baseball. In Matt's free time, he enjoys swinging the tennis racket, rocking out on guitar, and teaching new tricks to his labradoodle, Watson. Matt resides in Dana Point, CA with his wife Cathy, and son Theo.

Alex Kahn joined flexPATH Strategies in 2015. He is primarily responsible for new business and product development. His activities include strategic partner relations, advisor support, and consulting with institutional clients on the investment details and advantages of flexPATH target date funds (TDFs).

Alex graduated from The Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) demonstrating his expertise and commitment to working with retirement plans. He is also a two-time Ivy League champion playing Defensive End on UPenn's football team. Alex resides in Newport Beach, CA with his wife Madison, his daughter Kennedy, and goldendoodle, Kobe.

Jonathan Coombs joined flexPATH Strategies in 2015. In his role as Vice President, he is responsible for new business and product development. His activities include strategic partner relations, advisor support, and consulting with institutional clients on the investment details and advantages of flexPATH target date funds (TDFs).

Jonathan is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) demonstrating his expertise and commitment to working with retirement plans. In addition to his 10+ years of investment experience, he graduated from The Julliard School and performed as a concert pianist around the world in many of the great concert halls receiving rave reviews from the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, New Yorker, and the London Times. Jonathan resides in Newport Beach, CA with his wife, Hope, and their tuxedo cat, Chance.

Brian Roberts joined flexPATH Strategies in 2022. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at American Funds and Capital Guidance Trust Company. He is responsible for educating, evaluating, and implementing our custom target date portfolios on plans in the non-profit arena. His activities include strategic partner relations, advisor support, and consulting with institutional clients on investments including our Target Income Portfolios.

Brian is a CFA Charterholder and graduated with honors from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Brian resides in Virginia Beach, VA with his wife, Betsy and golden retrievers Bear and Beau.

Lauren Neeno joined flexPATH Strategies in 2017. She is primarily responsible for delivering an enhanced participant experience through comprehensive and meaningful education and advice strategies. Her ability to explain complex retirement and investment subject matter to plan sponsors and participants has proven critical to retirement plan success.

Lauren graduated from Chapman University cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, emphasis in Finance and a Minor in Psychology. She is always looking to master the next sport from golf to snowboarding. When she isn't playing a game, she spends her free time giving back to the community by helping various girls' basketball teams in the local Orange County area. Lauren resides in Irvine, CA with her family.

Evan Zytowski joined flexPATH Strategies in 2018. He also serves on the flexPATH Investment Team as a Senior Investment Analyst.

Evan graduated from Driehaus School of Business, emphasis Finance at DePaul University. When he isn't buried in CFA studying, he can be seen competing in his local golf tournament. Evan resides in Los Angeles, CA with his pet pug, Snickers.

Ellie Armstrong joined flexPATH Strategies in 2022. She is primarily responsible for building strategic partner and advisor relationships. Her activities include preparing client deliverables and conducting investment research.

Ellie graduated from Wake Forest University, earning her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. When she isn't playing some chords on the electric or acoustic guitar, she is working on painting the next Leonardo da Vinci masterpiece. She resides in Manhattan Beach, CA with her family and their Russian Blue cat, Sky.

Janette Oh joined flexPATH Strategies in 2022. She conducts market and fund research using proprietary quantitative modeling system and qualitative research to monitor sub-advisors for flexPATH target date funds. She also serves on the flexPATH investment Team as an analyst.

Janette graduated from Wheaton College with a major in Economics and a minor in International Relations while also scoring home runs playing softball. When she isn't enjoying the outdoors, you can see her creating her next ceramics masterpiece. Janette resides in Irvine, CA with her family.

KC joined flexPATH Strategies in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, he held positions at Equitable Advisors and JPMorgan Private Bank. At flexPATH, KC focuses on cultivating strategic partnerships and advisor relationships. His responsibilities include preparing client deliverables and conducting in-depth investment research.

He earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Texas. Outside of work, KC enjoys skiing and spending time on the golf course. He lives in Irvine with his blue heeler, Lola.

Drew Shaughnessy joined flexPATH Strategies in 2024. Drew worked for Cambridge Associates helping manage pension plan portfolios and after that he was with Surlamer Investments, building models and tools. As a Senior Investment Analyst, he is responsible for market and fund research using a proprietary quantitative modeling system and conducts qualitative research to monitor subadvisors for flexPATH Strategies' target date funds.

Drew is a CFA Charterholder having graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest University, emphasis in Mathematical Business, as well as having received a Master of Financial Engineering degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. When he isn't exploring the finest cuisines, Drew cheers on his hometown sports team the New England Patriots. He resides in Newport Beach, CA with his family.

Reese Wong joined flexPATH Strategies in 2024. He is primarily responsible for building strategic partner and advisor relationships. His activities include preparing client deliverables and conducting investment research.

Reese graduated from the University of Arizona, earning his Bachelor's degree in Finance. When he isn't on the mountain snowboarding, he enjoys spending time on the golf course. He resides in Laguna Niguel, CA with his Rottweiler dog, Stout.

Bo Harman joined flexPATH Strategies in 2024 as an Investment Analyst. He brings over 11 years of industry experience, previously serving as an Investment Advisor Representative with MassMutual. Bo is primarily responsible for building strategic partner and advisor relationships, preparing client deliverables, and conducting investment research.

Bo graduated from the University of Southern California, earning his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. When he isn't exploring one of his bucket list destinations, he can be found enjoying the outdoors on the beach, hiking, or on the golf course. Bo resides in San Clemente with his girlfriend and Great Dane, Harvy.

Ronnie Pentz joined flexPATH Strategies in 2025. He is primarily responsible for building strategic partner and advisor relationships. His activities include preparing client deliverables and conducting investment research.

Ronnie graduated from the University of San Diego, earning his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and team captain on the football team. In Ronnie’s free time, he enjoys surfing, mountain biking, and traveling the world with his family. He resides in Lake Forest, CA with his wife, Karina and son, Ronald.

Paul Webb is Vice President of Northeast Core Market Sales at flexPATH Strategies, where he leads sales strategy, advisor engagement, and business development. He brings over 30 years of experience in retirement and investment management, including senior roles at MassMutual, Putnam Investments, and as an independent consultant working with plan fiduciaries. His background spans product development, consulting, and distribution leadership. His specialties include manager analysis, performance attribution, portfolio construction, expense and revenue analysis, portfolio design, and due diligence.

He earned his MS in Investment Management from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a BA in Political Economy from Tulane University.

Johannes Gerz-Escandón joined flexPATH Strategies in 2025 as Vice President of Core Market Sales for the Southeast region. He is responsible for driving distribution of flexPATH’s target date fund series and single sleeve CIT options, with a focus on strategic partner relations, advisor support, and consulting with clients on investment strategy and implementation. With over 20 years of experience in the qualified plan space, Johannes has held senior roles at Nationwide Financial, Wells Fargo, and John Hancock, where he specialized in institutional sales, relationship management, and retirement plan consulting. His work has consistently centered on helping plan sponsors and advisors deliver successful retirement outcomes through innovative and cost-efficient investment solutions.

Johannes holds a BA in History from the University of Miami, an MA in East Asian Affairs from the University of Minnesota, and studied Mandarin Chinese at Nankai University. He is based in Atlanta, GA.
