Jeffrey Elvander has over 25 years of investment experience. Prior to flexPATH Strategies, Jeff worked with Barclays Global Investors and Trust Company of the West, where he was an assistant vice president in the Portfolio Analytics group, responsible for running the firm’s Comprehensive Asset Allocation product. Jeff helped create and launch flexPATH Strategies in 2015. As Chief Investment Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the Investment Committee. Jeff is also the creator of the proprietary Scorecard System™ measuring active, passive and asset allocation investment strategies.
Jeff is a CFA Charterholder graduating both from University of California, Santa Barbara, emphasis in Business Economics and from Pepperdine University with his MBA. When he isn’t trying to imitate Eddie Van Halen’s guitar skills, he enjoys riding his mountain bike through the hills. Jeff resides in Newport Beach, CA, with his wife and kids.

The flexPATH Strategies Investment Committee proudly serves as fiduciaries to every flexPATH fund, putting investors first. We believe in partnering with industry-leading investment managers to collaborate and offer superior investment solutions. The committee has over 100 years of collective investment experience and all members are CFA charterholders, a post-graduate professional qualification that has the highest level of international, investment, and regulatory recognition of finance-related qualifications. The team conducts extensive investment research using proprietary quantitative software in addition to hands-on qualitative research.
